There was no way I could pass up this cheese I found at Costco today! Irish cheese is delicious and well, it felt rather nostalgic to buy some imported cheese from the Emerald Isle (it didn't hurt it was $2 off either!)
I also received my first Christmas gift yesterday. This was given to me at school by a parent and the container is filled with scrumptious homemade caramel popcorn. One of my many weaknesses!

Oh, you lucky girl. I've been getting requests at our house for homemade caramel popcorn so I guess I'll have to make a batch one of these days.

You will forever feel a bit of ownership whenever you see something from Ireland, now. At least that's how I feel whenever I see things from places I've travelled and grown really fond of. Since you're part Irish now, it was very fitting for you to buy that cheese. :)
