Slowly But Surely

Down 15 lbs.
25 lbs to go.
Can I do it by Spring Break?
That is the goal!

Actually that will put me right in the middle of my ideal BMI so I think it should be okay.
Trying to do this over Christmas will be a test of my will-power!

I agree with that woman, Gaye :) You probably already look amazing with 15 lbs off since the summer because you looked great then already! What time of day do you exercise?

Hey Steph...your mom is being very kind (and you too!).
I exercise at night, right before bed.
On the weekends I try to get in a walk in the afternoon instead of at night.

Right before bed . . . doesn't that wake you up? You must have a treadmill now because walking at night by yourself isn't a good idea.
