(Those are my dreadful peel and stick lino tiles in my laundry room that irk me everytime I look at them. We really hope to get a new floor down there in the near future!)Sometimes when I have a craving and that particular thing is not available I will try to eat other things. This never works. It just leaves me with a stronger craving for the particular item. In this case it was a slush....been wanting one for days. After school today we swung by the Circle K and pick up slushies. The boys were BEYOND ecstatic as they very rarely (as in maybe twice a year) get to have this sugar loaded treat. Yum....I had root beer and the craving has been satisfied.

No No No - I don't think you are a cold hearted anything! I totally agree with you on the whole animal/pet issue. And I totally understand feeling that you want her around as she is now more valuable! Maybe she will want to go play in the road like Lovella's doggy once her pills are done? Sorry maybe I am cold hearted?!?!? Or maybe just practical?
Mmmm Root beer slurpee, one of my fav's not that I indulge but I would if I were say 38 weeks preggers!

Sorry about the whole cat issue..I would feel the same way if I were you. And those slushes...they look so good. I've been craving one too and just today I told Yuri that I'm gonna try to make one in the blender. Not sure it will turn out good but it's worth a try. :)

Slushies...mmmmm....how come we never have rootbeer slushies at this end of town?
MMm...I do love a good slush a couple times a year. Yes, you must attend to those cravings, especially when one is prego. You only have so much time left - indulge yourself!! :)
You are definitely NOT cold hearted. Some cats (and dogs, too) just aren't that lovable. And shredding the couch seriously diminishes their lovability!! :)
