Point your car south east and drive 90 minutes. Then you get a taste of mountain splendour! We spend the day at Mt Baker recreation area and as you can see from these pictures had a feast for the eyes.

Love Mt. Baker! When i was younger, it was a family tradition to go every Labour Day for a picnic, but we haven't done it for years. Nowadays, it's my favourite ski mountain :)
