I am definitely used to getting cracks in my cheesecakes but having wee finger indentations is a new look. Oh Liam....who wasn't supervising you this morning?!
Apparently long ago there's a story about my brother and sister poking holes in each and every one of a batch of buns my mom was letting rise. I guess where there is baking and little fingers there is bound to be a wee hole. :) At least he has good taste!

What causes the cracks? My cheese cake ALWAYS cracks!! Now, the little fingers...I haven't had that, but I have had teeth marks!! Little teeth marks.
