I tried a new recipe tonight called 'Teriyaki Chicken Salad'. Very good! It was nice to have a bit of a summery meal in November. If anyone would like the recipe it's in Company's Coming 'Pasta'. Page 22 to be precise. Or you can email me directly and I'll send you a copy!

Mmmmm...looks delish! I actually picked up a copy of said recipe book while at the book store yesterday. But one look at the price had me putting it back on the shelf. It's definitely one book I'll add to my collection at some point though. Maybe if I see it on sale!
