Today everyone is Irish!
Our dream is to return to the Emerald Isle one day....just the two of us!
This morning we paid homage to St Paddy's day with green pancakes instead of a traditional Irish fry up. As tasty as it would be, without the 'authentic' ingredients there just is no point!
