Comfort Food

I was feeling domestic today. Homemade italian herb bread and a hearty beef stew. The men of the house were most pleased!

Homemade Italian herb bread sounds wonderful! Did you use rosemary, thyme, or oregano?

The bread had parmesean, parsley, basil and garlic. It was so-so....don't think I'd make it again.

My mouth is watering over that stew! I wish I could get just a taste. :)

Wow, you obviously took notes from your Mom, which is something I wish I did, but alas, did not. I love my Moms beef stew and that picture made my mouth water for it. Looks VERY yummy!

I should get the bread recipe Roger's mom tried for us, it was an herb bread for the breadmaker and it was very good.
Of course like all bread maker breads, they are best fresh or toasted :)
