A mother's got a right to brag on her kids. And so I shall. Nate did such a great job last night as 'Charlie' in A.C.T's show.
He doesn't really talk about his rehearsals or acting much. He never practices his lines with us or anything like that. Just imagine our surprise when during one of the opening scenes he sings a short humourous song...solo! I was so surprised I could barely take it in and wish there had been a rewind button at the time!
It's a very funny and crazy show...you'd know what I mean if you have seen it. There were many laughs and all the kids did such a fabulous job as usual.
Here he is with just some of his fan club. He had a row of supporters tonight....thanks everyone who came out!

Were you allowed to film it? Then you really could hit the rewind button! How many nights of performances does he have?
The double cast so his cast performed once Thursday and twice Friday. Two of these were day time school shows. They are performing again this afternoon but he's on spotlight. I never tape these things as I like to just enjoy it in the moment instead of fussing with a camera. It's pretty dark in there so it would have been very ametuer at best. Now Chad is set for three performances at church starting tonight! Phew!
How fantastic! What a grown up and handsome young man he is! And a solo! What a great surprise for you! Yay Nathan!
I like that rewind idea. I would definitely catch that solo again. That was a most entertaining production and Nate,as usual, made my buttons burst with pride.
