How to Enjoy a Snowy Saturday ~ Kid Style

You first start out the day with yummy pancakes on the griddle made by the finest cook.

Then you partake of the pancakes and do your best to look unphotogenic.

Then you get your assistant to dress you in your snow gear.

And finally you head outside with your family and enjoy every moment of the crisp wonderful snow!

OOh I love the look of that pancake. There are days that having a cook and an assistant sounds just fabulous . .I just wish I wasn't looking forward to the old folks home to get to that place.

We only got a dusting of snow up here yesterday, but we got a dump of it over night and it's still coming down! I took your advice and made some plump and yummy pancakes and sent the kids out the door! Ahhhhhhhh! Peace and quiet as I bake my Christmas cookies!! OK, so no quiet as I have my Christmas tunes cranked! Yippee!

Oh and I just love it that your boys will still wear matching jackets . .I was just pondering that memory myself this morning.
